Refund policy

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exhange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return/exhange, please email kevin@messmade.co.za with the following information:

• Order number
  
• Item you would like to return/exchange
• Reason for the return/exchange
• New item request - if exchanging
