Can I collect my order?

Of course. Just select "pickup" at checkout to collect your order from The Glenwood Bakery, 50 Florida Road, Morningside, Durban.
Available Mon-Sun 6:00am - 3pm

You'll receive an email when it's ready for pickup.

How are items shipped?

All items are shipped via Door-to-Door Courier.

Estimated delivery time?

Please expect a delivery time of 3-5 weeks. We do keep a small quantity of stock and if stock happens to be available - for all the items in your order - then your order will be with you in 5-7 working days.

What are shipping costs? 

Orders of R1500 and over qualify for free shipping. For orders under R1500, our standard shipping rate of R95 will apply.

How do I track my order?

You will automatically be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Warranty

All our products are manufactured to very high standards and are scrutinised by highly critical eyes when it comes to the finished quality.

All products carry a limited warranty on material and manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. We will replace any defective product within this 1 year period. We can offer a refund on defective products within 7 days of the purchase date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or any modifications made to the product after purchase.
